Today is a good day, my daughter Cole sent out my blog to her friends and now I have a total of 13 followers and my goddaughter Jill sent out the link to about 50 of her friends; this is great. Now I need some comments, the more comments the more incentive for me. I am off today with my cousin Angel and will report back later. I am so happy!

where did the time go?

It's been over a week since my last blog, it's difficult to keep writing about my life and the company when very little is going on. Last week I met my partner for lunch to catch up, mentioned about the blog, he was delighted and gave me the green light to mention his name; Solomon Eversole. Solomon filled me in on what was going on in his life, all good things which I will write about in a few weeks. Talked about the next steps, where we plan to make the garments, who will make them and when we plan to launch the line; it's all so exciting. It's always a comfort when we are together, Solomon is engaging and full of positive energy. Meanwhile, I have been looking for a job to help until Virgina Blacke is active enough to support me but with absolutely no luck, I've sent my resume out to more than 100 companies, not sure why I've only received one call. Are jobs posted bogus, and are headhunters so overwhelmed with resume's they only review a few? I hope when it's our turn to do the hiring we are not as thoughtless as the ones I've experienced. Having the set backs VB encountered has given me more incentive to continue, sometimes I wonder if it is a mistake but then Solomon and I speak and all my fears disappear. We understand our mission, setting goals, believing we are going in the right direction and then I realize our efforts are not in vain, that's a good thing. To date, no followers except my family, need to get connected with more friends to help circulate. So, I will attempt to send the link to more of my friends in the hope of spreading the word.
